Human Resources Unit

Human Resources Unit has two sub units namely  " Human Resources Management & Human Resources Development ".

Human Resource Management

Human Resources Management is mainly involved in Managing Human Resources.

Functions:

  • Overall Human Resources Planning

  • Selection, Recruitment, Promotion, Transfers

  • Pay Administration & Monitoring

  • Individual Performance Evaluation System

  • Employee grievances handling

  • Maintaining Human Resources Data Base etc.
Human Resource Development

Human Resources Development is mainly involve in developing a multi-skilled staff and also to identify existing competency gaps in all departments with the intention of filling the identified gaps through providing specific training.

Functions:

  • Learning and Development

  • Leadership/ Management Training and Development

  • Setting training and learning at the right level

  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  • Blended learning

  • Train the trainer
