Submission of Proposal/request along with the following relevant documents to the CEA

• Approval from Plant/Animal Quarantine

• Relevant customs declaration forms

• Approval issued by the Chairman of the relevant Local Authority for the

Disposal site

1. Survey plan of the proposed site

2. Charge processing fee

3. Inspection of the site of disposal

4. Issuance of clearance.
