Environmental Sensitive Areas

Details

The environmental sensitive area map which is prepared is based on the area declared as Environmental Protection Areas and the area maps are in the part 111 of the scheduled of the Gazette extra Ordinary No. 772/22 of 24th June 1993 and subsequent amendments (EIA regulations), under the provision of the National Environmental Act except the flood protection areas declared under the Sri Lanka Land reclamation and Development Corporation Act.
