 The Project Approving Agencies which can grant approval for IEE / EIA as set out in the Gazette Extra Ordinary No. 859/14 of 23.02.95 and Gazette Extra Ordinary No. 1373/6 of 29.12.04 are given below.

9. The Mahaweli Authority of Sri Lanka
