According to the annual action plan the first and second programs of the series of workshops organized by HRD unit for the Office Aides was held from 11th & 12th November and 18th & 19th November 2022 at the National Institute of Plantation Management at Athurugiriya. In order to improve the Soft Skills of the Office Aides, this two-day workshop was organized.
