Details

"Contingency Response Action Plan for Deterioration of Air Quality in Sri Lanka (CRAP-DAQ-SL)" was published to provide the basis for taking action to prevent ambient air pollutants concentrations from reaching levels which could endanger public health, or to abate such concentrations should they occur. Its purpose is to establish new criteria for determination of the existence of an emergency episode whilst meeting the requirements of National Environmental Action Plan 2022-2030 (NEAP).
