The “Action Plan” serves as a useful strategic tool to keep employees motivated in working towards their goals. While understanding the importance of this course of action, the Planning Unit of the CEA has successfully convened a one-day workshop on the 5th of November, 2018 at the CEA Auditorium, with the participation of 82 officers representing the CEA Head Office, Provincial and District Offices.
Mrs. Sagarika Bogahawaththa, the Director, Department of Project Management and Monitoring, has contributed as the resource person for the workshop. The participants have enhanced their knowledge on the systematic preparation of an action plan with carefully identifying the correct KPIs, Outputs, Outcomes, and Impact levels of each step.
The workshop was comprised of two sessions. The morning session covered the necessary tools required for the preparation of a systematic action plan, while the afternoon session devoted to discussing the practical issues pertaining to developing activities associated with the CEA action plan.
