Under the guidance of the senior management of the CEA, an especial cookery demonstration program was held on 11th September 2018 at the CEA premises. The revelation was done by Mr. J Bandara Udugama, Training Consultant, briefly explained about the value of spices and how to use them in cooking. A live cookery demonstration was also carried out in the event.
The main objective of this program was to revelation of healthy food practices when cooking and to promote healthy foods among the younger generation.
